Dr Kirk Stevens
Chiropractor
I was introduced to chiropractic as a youngster and never considered another career path.
I could feel the benefits regular chiropractic adjustments had on my health and everyday life. When the chance to make that same difference to other people arose there was no other answer but yes.
After 6 years of study I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2002.
In 2006 I was offered the opportunity mentor interns at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic Health Center. This is something I very much enjoy. I am grateful for the commitment the mentors offered me while I was studying and am honored to give this same commitment back to our future chiropractors.
Outside practice I enjoy most sports, golf, boxing and kayaking in particular. I have a wonderful son who keeps me grounded, he is a constant reminder me to have fun, laugh at life and never stop learning.
